" - It's November SOON, and I've lost 8~10kg since this statement, but I've gained SO MUCH OF IT BACK. I'll try whatever I can to lose atleast 4~5kg's before December, it will cost, loads of control, pills, and healthy, negative, low calorie foods, or no food.

I drink atleast 2L of water everyday. That's my MINIMUM I drink like I was a bottom-less hole, it's unbelievable, I try to keep my max to just 6L a day but, sometimes it always goes up.. basic water intake would be on 4~5L a'day.
"Daily" exercise - I would call it lazy'in'about it's so not exercise in my eyes compared to what I'm used to:
10 lower abs crunches (in the morning and evening, also if I get bored and I lay around on my bed I do some)
30~60 push ups (depends on the followers, if no followers I do minimum 10 in the mor/eve)
I miss working out for hours, doing PE and dance for hours, run around, play football for hours as well and so much more. I love living an active life so much - as much of a lazybum I might seem, I'm one of the most energetic persons I know, but living here in Bangkok makes it difficult just to go for a mad run in the fields, since there's none, and you get pretty much stared at where ever you go because my skin is light and people think I'm like 100% white. I hate you all - I'm NOT white. Just 50%.
